Symptoms - Lump in breast, painless, young patient, no nipple discharge
Diagnosis - Possible fibroadenoma
Please consult a surgeon, ideally a breast surgeon, who will examine you and order an Ultrasonogram of the breast. If a lump is found, then it could be a fibroadenoma. However you need to exclude a carcinoma, and hence a FNAC may be ordered, and if a fibroadenoma is confirmed, your doctor may decide a wait and watch policy or advise surgery to remove the lump.
